Cerulean poem

1 Cerulean is a light shade of Blue,
2  as the wind flew through the cerulean sky.
3 The bike was a cerulean blue.

4 It was a quite nice day as we watched the cerulean butterflies fly by,
5 the walls were painted cerulean,
6 the sky was a dull grey until the cerulean skies of midday appeared.
7 I saw some cerulean cars go by,
8  the ocean glistened like the cerulean sky.
9 As you look up at the cerulean sky it changes into an orange-pink.
10 In the end, the cerulean sky had faded as it had turned a pinky orange as the dark night drained the colour away.

DTE Reflection

In DTE, we have been creating infographic's using Piktochart. Creating them about the Manaiakalani Cybersmart site, ergonomics, and about the Digital Bytes site. As well as playing a game called Interland it was pretty enjoyable then game purpose was to give you tip/ideas about what you should do online and the whatnots.

I have played a game called Interland. The first level was about you are beings chased by hackers and they are trying to take your info in the game and in your run into an object you lose some of you're items, as the hacker take your items.
On the second level I played, I was giving happiness to people along the way up the level and on the way there were people who put hate on the others and you had to trap them and stop them and report them.
On the third level, I played through. you are a grid to go through send a password pas some people and walls, your aim is to get it to the other side.

In the end, I really enjoyed this game it was pretty fun
On the last level. I did not get time to play through this...

Paper Making Step by Step

For textiles, we are learning about sustaining the environment. We are making paper for these next couple of lessons, as I would be posting each step one by one, on the one singular blog post as it would be updated weekly.

Firstly find any old newspapers or reused bits of paper lying around or any tray/container. ANd use it to hold paper shred the paper and shred it up to a half the size of your palm of your hand.

By the way, I did not proofread it properly

Social Studies - Family Crest

In social studies, our task was to create a shield representing stuff about us and our family. Then to make a blog post about it and what the symbol and drawings/things you write mean.

The top left is Vegeta from Dragon ball z, on the opposite, the right is one of my own characters that I made up and drew of since at this time I made this I really didn't hold any value to anything. The lucky last is the dragon, the dragon represents both the Chinese New year/lantern festival. The festivals were a very memorable experience for me as a young child.

Textiles - Pt 3

In textiles, I have finally completed my bag and now it is ready to hold stuff. Overall, I think I did a great job than at a time I forgot to pull it inside out before sewing but it did not really matter to me that much. I sewed it the right way in the second to last session of creating the t-shirt bags.

Paper Making/Textiles

Papermaking Impact of the environment.
For Textile our task was to research about, papermaking and to watch a couple of videos on how to it is made in a factory. What are the positives, and what are the negatives of it and to create a post about it.

- What does is the positives for us?
Papermaking means the manufacture of paper.
The positives are the paper can decenter-grate into the water as it falls apart and it can be reused.  Mostly paper is chucked into rubbish bins and not recycled. It can be turned into another lot of paper.

- What are the non - positives for the environment?
The non - positives of making paper is pollution because of fewer trees, cutting down trees that filter the air into oxygen so we can breathe and live and if all the tree are cut down it would probably make it harder to breathe from the pollution from cars and many other vehicles and factories, so if there were no more trees there is nothing to filter out the smoke gas and many other things. making paper in a factory can cause pollution. And paper making takes 10 liters of water to make one piece of A4 paper.

I only proofread this once so there may be mistakes that I have made.
