The art looks like it rocking out to some pretty good music and he's screaming out. and the rocking power is seeping into reality as the vibrant cool colour complement this piece of art. the other reason why I chose this one because I like the colours. The streaming of whites and blues from his eyes and the blue light beaming from his mouth it looks like he's attacking someone or trying to escape.
The second piece I chose is an intriguing one to me that relates to japan and the reds and the pinks stand out to me the most on the white background with the samurai of some sort standing in the middle with carrying his sword and hilt. I like how the character/person standing there is in black in white it makes the colours in the background to be seen in a different light of some sort. (I don't know how to explain it properly.)
Lastly is this interesting piece with a whole variety of colours, of many black thick lines going all over the place. it takes a while to figure out what you're looking out with all the many different things that are included in the image. the pinks, blues, oranges, yellows just seem all over the place. I took awhile admiring how much detail was put into it.
Hi Tyra, Good selection for your initial Street Art research. Thanks for including the map. You have written some initial reactions with descriptive language that gives us a sense about how you feel about the murals. Adding a little information about what you are looking at (subject matter) would provide the reader with more information in your third example. Keep up the good work. Mr. Collins
