Textiles; Card Making

In Textiles, we were working on a task involving sustaining the environment. A couple of weeks before this one we made paper with ripped newspaper and plain white paper, we added dye to give it color. The last couple of days I have been working on making my four cards using some of the paper that was made 2 weeks ago.

At last, I have finished all four of them. Here are the results of all four of them. The Card you see set aside from the rest has a bit of recycled paper on it.

  1. Hi Tyra, Izzy here.I like how you added a photo of your cards. I enjoyed reading about the process of making the cards as I wasn't there. Have you checked my blog about my cards?
    Thanks, Izzy.

  2. Hello Tyra, Ruby here.
Doing the cards was fun as we got to use our imagination for them, basically going wild and sticking down stuff on the card that came to mind, I love how well the red goes with the gold on your cards and the black and white.
I enjoyed making cards with you in Text stiles and can't wait to see what we do next.
