Dear Mr. Mitchell,
I’m Tyra from 8Bh. I’m writing this letter to inform you about my support
for fitness with a few reasons, why fitness will help you in the future.
I do not mind fitness at all.

Fitness is good for you. It helps by getting you motivated
for that day. It will mostly stop you from moaning (if you do.)

It is good to just warm up in the morning outside if is cold.
As it is just fun to hang out with friends that are a different year level to you.

It is good to gather all the yr 7's and 8's together. Sometimes you have
challenge groups like 7 vs 8 and girls vs boys they are really fun to do.
I have my least favourite challenge, burpees.

I believe Fitness really helps you for your health and your future life.
